Refunds Policy.

The short version

  • Download broken, wrong file, or doesn't work? Tell us and we'll fix it or refund you. Always.
  • Changed your mind on a digital download you've already received? We don't refund: the file is already in your inbox.
  • Ordered a physical book? You have 14 days to return it.

Digital downloads

Because digital files are delivered immediately, by purchasing you agree to immediate supply and waive the standard 14-day right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

We will refund a digital download in the following cases:

  • The file is broken, corrupted, or won't open.
  • You received the wrong file.
  • The product was misrepresented on the product page.

To request a refund: email hello@earlysoftskills.com within 30 days of purchase, with your order number. We respond within 5 working days.

Physical books (print-on-demand)

You have 14 days from the day you receive the book to change your mind.

  • Email hello@earlysoftskills.com with your order number to start the return.
  • The book must be returned in its original, unmarked condition.
  • You pay the return postage. We refund the full purchase price (excluding the original shipping cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned book.

If a physical book arrives damaged, photograph the damage and email us and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Subscriptions and recurring payments

We don't currently sell anything on a subscription basis. If we ever do, the cancellation terms will be made clear at the point of purchase, and you'll always be able to cancel from your account.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and (where applicable) equivalent EU consumer legislation. Nothing in this policy reduces those rights.
